A1 pricing is designed around the organizational value it delivers and the real operational costs it creates. Unlike typical per-seat or per-user software, pricing reflects shared intelligence at the company level and variable execution costs when taking actions on your behalf.
A1 Core - Organizational Intelligence
A1 Core provides read-only intelligence across your SAP Business One environment and defines who can access insights and ask questions. It is priced as a company package, not per user, because the insight it generates is organizational-not tied to individual productivity.

Role Agents - Action & Automation (Optional)
Role Agents are a governed marketplace of execution capabilities. Each agent defines who can perform specific actions in SAP Business One through A1-such as creating invoices, updating orders, or automating workflows-managed through a secure user portal.
- Portal-based governance: Users log in to enable/disable agents, set permissions, and monitor all actions executed on their behalf
- Priced separately from Core: Each agent generates variable execution cost (compute, API calls, state changes) that scales with usage

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are binding for the year but offer a 20% discount.
