We primarily process data from your SAP Business One environment to provide AI-driven insights. This includes:

• Metadata: SAP schema information and UDF definitions to build your custom ML model.
• Account Information: Names and email addresses of authorized users within your organization.

• Read-Only by Design: A1 Core operates with read-only permissions, ensuring it can never modify your production data without explicit authorization.
• End-to-End Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and TLS 1.3 protocols.
• Isolated Environments: Each customer environment is strictly isolated to prevent any cross-tenant data access.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with third-party service providers (like cloud hosting) necessary to operate the Service, or when required by law. All providers are vetted for their security and compliance standards.
