By accessing or using A1 Intelligent Systems ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

A1 provides an AI-powered intelligence and automation layer for SAP Business One environments. Our services include read-only intelligence (A1 Core) and action-oriented write-back capabilities (A1 Extensions). The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Obligations

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Ensure your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Refrain from reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, and are committed to maintaining compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of A1 Intelligent Systems and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall A1 Intelligent Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
