Automations

Create automated workflows that run on a schedule. Get reports, reminders, and notifications delivered automatically via WhatsApp or Email.

What Are Automations?

Automations are scheduled tasks that run automatically and deliver results to you. Instead of logging in to SAP B1 every morning to check overdue invoices, you can set up an automation that sends you a summary at 8am every day.

Creating an Automation

  1. Click + New Automation in the dashboard
  2. Describe what you want in natural language, for example:
    • "Send me overdue invoices every Monday at 9am"
    • "Alert me when any item drops below 10 units in stock"
    • "Email a sales summary every Friday afternoon"
  3. Choose your delivery channel (WhatsApp, Email, or Dashboard)
  4. Click Create

The AI will interpret your request and set up the automation with the appropriate schedule and query.

Example Automations

Daily Overdue Invoice Report

Send me a list of all overdue invoices every day at 8am via WhatsApp

Weekly Sales Summary

Email me a summary of this week's sales every Friday at 5pm

Low Stock Alert

Alert me whenever any item falls below its minimum stock level

New Customer Notification

Notify me when a new customer is added to the system

Managing Automations

View and manage all your automations from the Automations tab in the dashboard.

Pause an Automation

Click the pause icon next to an automation to temporarily stop it from running. Click again to resume.

Edit an Automation

Click on any automation to view its details. You can modify the schedule, delivery method, or the query itself.

Delete an Automation

Click the delete icon to permanently remove an automation. This action cannot be undone.

Schedule Options

Automations support flexible scheduling:

Type Example
Daily "Every day at 9am"
Weekly "Every Monday at 8am"
Monthly "On the 1st of every month"
One-time "On January 15th at 3pm"
Event-based "When stock falls below minimum"
Tip: Use natural language for schedules. The AI understands phrases like "every weekday morning" or "twice a week on Monday and Thursday".
