Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with SAP B1 AI in under 5 minutes. Follow these steps to connect your SAP Business One system and start using AI-powered features.

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account

Go to sapb1.ai/dashboard and sign in with the credentials provided by your administrator. If you don't have an account yet, contact your organization's IT administrator.

Note: Your organization may use a custom login URL like yourcompany.sapb1.ai. Check with your administrator if you're unsure.

Step 2: Install the SAP B1 Connector

The connector links your SAP Business One database to SAP B1 AI. Download and install it on a machine that has network access to your SAP B1 database.

  1. Go to SettingsDownloads in your dashboard
  2. Click Download Connector to get the installer
  3. Run the installer on your Windows machine
  4. Follow the setup wizard to enter your SAP B1 database credentials
  5. The connector will verify the connection and sync with the cloud
Requirements: Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2016+, network access to SAP B1 database, .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later.

Step 3: Create Your First Automation

Now let's create a simple scheduled report to test everything is working.

  1. Click + New Automation in the dashboard
  2. Type a description like: Send me the top 5 overdue invoices every Monday at 9am
  3. Select your preferred delivery method (WhatsApp or Email)
  4. Click Create

The AI will understand your request and set up the automation. You'll see it appear in your automations list with the next scheduled run time.

Step 4: Try the AI Assistant

Ask questions about your SAP data in natural language:

Type your question in the chat interface and the AI will query your SAP database and provide an answer.
